Account
- Forgot your password or username? On the login screen, tap Forgot Username or Password? We'll email you a reset link or your username.
- Didn't get the activation email? Check your spam folder. Activation links open the app if it's installed, or this website if not.
- Change your email or password: Settings in the app.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and everything you've posted. See the privacy policy for details.
Reviews
- Edit or delete a review: open it and tap the ⋯ menu.
- Can't find a restaurant? Search with its full name. Restaurants come from Google Maps, so the place needs to be listed there.
- How scores work: see How we score.
Reporting and blocking
- Report a review or a user: tap the ⋯ menu on the review or profile and choose Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Block someone: tap ⋯ on their profile and choose Block. You won't see each other's reviews or comments. Manage blocks in Settings → Blocked Users.
